He’ll then declare a national emergency on the southern border in order to bypass Congress and fund the border wall. McCabe also said he rushed to expand the Russia investigation in the days after Comey was fired because he was worried Trump would close it. Meanwhile, forecasters declared that El Niño, the weather pattern that typically brings strong storms to the West Coast, is officially back and will continue through the spring.
