Mozilla's Senior Policy Manager Heather West explains what the company is hoping to accomplish with this petition.
"We need to protect the internet, and we need to protect users so anyone can be a creator, an innovator, and a maker," says West. "The biggest concern is that this is only a partisan issue in the United States."
