Matt Swider from TechRadar discusses the latest issues for Apple. The company is acknowledging problems with the iPhone X and the iPhone 7. Apple is admitting to an iPhone X glitch which prevents some users from answering their phones when they ring. The company is also revealing a logic board failure with the iPhone 7 which has prevented some devices from reconnecting to cellular service after being in airplane mode. Swider says it's a big deal for Apple to even acknowledge these issues.
