Javier Benson, Vice President of Business Development and Marketplace Operations for RealtyShares, joins Cheddar for its "House Rules" segment, sponsored by Chase Home Lending. A few key things millennials are looking for in the housing market include 9- or 10-foot ceilings, bike racks, green spaces, and vehicle charging stations.
