Jack Ryan, Founder and CEO of REX Real Estate, explains how the company is using A.I. and big data to streamline the real estate process. Ryan says big data lets them target buyers more quickly and more accurately than other agents. REX Real Estate is currently available in New York and California, and will be opening offices in Texas and Colorado in the next few months. Ryan says he plans on being available throughout the entire country within a few years.
