Event space rental company Peerspace recently hired a new CEO to lead the company into 2018. Peerspace's Founder and Chief Product Officer Rony Chammas, and new CEO Eric Shoup join to explain how this start-up compares to Airbnb.
"It's a similar model to Airbnb, but the difference is that we specialize in daytime activities such as meetings, events, and even film and photography productions, " says Chammas.
Shoup explains that Peerspace is reinventing the traditional meeting space. "It's bringing to light a whole breadth of spaces to choose from."
Multiple activist investors have taken stakes in Salesforce, according to reports from several outlets, spurring speculation that the tech firm could soon face additional pressure to increase margins and trim payrolls.
