United Airlines is launching a new seat map feature designed to help families with children under 12 find seats together at no additional cost. The map will automatically locate adjacent Economy seats at the time of booking. When such seats are not available, customers will have the option to switch to another flight headed to their destination for free. “We’re focused on delivering a great experience for our younger passengers and their parents and know it often starts with the right seat,” said United Airlines' Chief Customer Officer Linda Jojo in a statement.
