Edith Harbaugh is the co-founder and CEO of LaunchDarkly. After spending years as a software engineer, Harbaugh knew she needed to create a company that would help engineers test and successfully launch their products. Now, LaunchDarkly has raised $30 million to date and serves clients like Microsoft and GoPro.
LaunchDarkly allows engineers to test their product to specific users, avoiding rolling out a faulty product to all consumers in case there are issues. Engineers can also turn on and off certain functions for different countries or client bases.
Harbaugh was named by TechCrunch as one of the women in tech that crushed 2017.
