Kimbal has also prioritized farming in urban settings. Through The Kitchen Community, Musk has put learning gardens into hundreds of schools.
In New York, Kimbal has launched Square Roots, a Brooklyn-based urban farming campus. The project features 10 containers in the parking lot of the old Pfizer factory.
