JFK Airport Struggles in the Wake of Winter Storm Grayson

Julian Kheel, Senior Writer at "The Points Guy," discusses the severe delays caused by "bomb cyclone" Grayson. Because of the JFK's infrastructure, it struggled to keep up with its flight schedule. Kheel notes that one of the biggest issues at the international airport was the fact that all 6 of its terminals operate independently. When flights are backed up, planes can only go to their designated gate. He digs into the dysfunction of the New York Port Authority and how it could have prevented the mass delays caused after the storm.
