Across the country, schools are gearing up to return back to in-person learning after being forced to go remote during the Coronavirus pandemic. Some schools, like Kipp Affirm Middle School in New York City's Bronx neighborhood, have decided to return a little earlier than usual to get everyone up to speed. Cheddar News' Michelle Castillo spoke to Kipp Affirm Middle School principal Dominique Mejia about the precautions it is taking to keep everyone healthy and why it was so important to return back to in-person instruction.
