From J. Lo's new single to a fall full of reruns, here's what's happening in entertainment.

Warner Music Group/TikTok Deal

Warner Music Group is looking to increase digital music revenue after inking a new deal with social media giant TikTok.

The new multi-year licensing deal gives TikTok creators access to WMG's entire music library. This is great news not only for content creators but for emerging acts who tend to skyrocket to the mainstream after their sounds go viral on the app.

Artists signed to WMG are also in for some new benefits. They will now be able to link up with TikTok's brand partners in hopes to lock down new sources of revenue through merchandise, tickets and other digital offerings.

Also part of the deal, TikTok's newly launched premium music streaming service, TikTok Music, will include music from WMG's extensive catalog. That service is currently only available in Brazil and Indonesia but is expected to hit other markets in the future.

Bennifer… One Year Later

While many celebrity couples shocked the world this week with their break-up announcements, Bennifer is celebrating their first wedding anniversary.

Singer Jennifer Lopez and actor Ben Affleck tied the knot in Las Vegas last summer. Now, in celebration of the milestone, J.Lo is set to release a song as an ode to the day. Midnight Trip to Vegas is the first song to be teased from Lopez's forthcoming This Is Me Album… Now. It's a follow-up to her 2002 This Is Me… Then, which also focused on her relationship with Affleck at the time. The two were engaged from 2002 to 2004 before calling it off.

Check out a preview of the song here.

Fall TV Guide

While the Hollywood writer's strike is nearing its third month, the general public really hasn't felt the blowback from the pause in productions. But with the release of a few fall TV lineups, the picture of what's to come is becoming clearer.

CBS unveiled its slate of shows for Fall 2023 and, as expected, it is filled with a number of reality television programs and reruns. The cornerstone of the network's programming is Yellowstone, which is set to air on Sundays and will kick off with the first season. The show premiered in 2018. SEAL Team, which is available on Paramount +, will also be back on broadcast programming.

Meanwhile, Disney is bringing the Marvel Cinematic Universe to broadcast television. Ms. Marvel is set to air on ABC after it made its debut on Disney+ last summer.
