Ama Marston, co-author of "Type R: Transformative Resilience for Thriving in a Turbulent World," explains how to deal with adversity in an increasingly chaotic world. Marston says the ideas in her book could help world leaders currently at the World Economic Forum in Davos. Marston believes "adversity is a terrible thing to waste," saying it teaches you how to deal with issues. Contrary to popular opinion, she says stress can actually be a good thing because it boosts focus and memory.
