Dr. Rebecca Robbins, sleep scientist and co-author of 'Sleep for Success,' joined Cheddar News to talk about the importance of sleep and how to tackle sleeping during the holidays, particularly during travel.
The shooting happened around 6:15 a.m. as special agents tried to serve a warrant on the home of Craig Deleeuw Robertson in Provo, south of Salt Lake City.
