When you hear the word blockchain, you likely think of bitcoin, but creating currency isn't the only use for the decentralized technology. Award-winning theater and film producer Ron Simons says the technology has far bigger potential in the film industry than just money saying, "blockchain goes way beyond bitcoin." Simons believes blockchain technology will revolutionize how content gets from creators to audiences. Simons also discusses the changing Hollywood landscape when it comes to diversity and inclusion. He particularly addresses the lack of Asian actors in modern film and television.
