As of the last census women made up just over 25% of the STEM workforce. Mars, Incorporated is one company that is working to change that. Lauren Belomy, Transformation Lead for the Digital Team at Mars, explains what the company is doing to attract top female talent. Belomy also discusses her own experience as a woman rising through tech. She says she was lucky enough to have a female mentor at work, something most women in STEM fields don't have.
