The "It's On Us" movement says everyone should be engaged in trying to end sexual harassment. Lierman says this campaign is aimed at changing the way people fundamentally think about sexual harassment. "There are so many ways for men to get involved," said Lierman. "It's on men and all of us to be supportive of survivors." Lierman also says it's imperative to intervene if you see an inappropriate behavior take place.
