Drybar is the largest "blowout only" salon company in the country. It has nearly 90 locations nationwide, and continues to grow at a rapid pace. Alli Webb, the founder of Drybar, discusses how she built the company from a mobile business to dozens of brick-and-mortar locations, all while raising a family. She says it's been hard, but rewarding. Webb also shares the story behind getting Drybar off the ground. She says she spent years perfecting the blowout on her own hair before opening up her first location.
