Dow explains factors like world events, politics, and money stress are all related to a drained brain. Smartphones and constant entertainment options don't help either. Dow says there are some simple things people can do to de-stress. He says eating foods high in omega-3s, sprint interval training for just 10 minutes a day, and taking a probiotic and prebiotic every day can help.
