The more time that passes, the less likely any major legislation is passed. Soave also discusses the exclusive audio recording that Reason obtained of a speech given by President Obama at an off-the-record event at MIT. The president didn't say anything out of the ordinary, but the fact that attendees were sworn to secrecy is raising questions.
