Gibson explains now the was the right time for a reality series, because "everyone has become so desensitized to the process." Gibson says people expect great art immediately and don't realize how much work actually goes into it.

Gibson explains their mutual hunger, drive, and passion for excellence is what keeps bringing them back together.
