The workouts are digital, and you can log your progress through the app. Jones discusses the low-impact nature of water sports, which is better for your body but can still be exhausting. Beisel who recently retired from the sport, discusses her 12-year history with Speedo, weighing in on the evolution of the swimsuit. Cullen talks training for 2020 and his diet. He adds that overall he's pretty strict, but has the occasional slice of pizza.
