Another White House shake-up. President Trump's top economic advisory Gary Cohn said Tuesday that he would be leaving the White House in the coming weeks. His departure comes on the heels of the President's announcement that he would impose tariffs on steel and aluminum imports. Dow futures were down more than 250 points and Morganlander believes we'll see downward pressure the rest of the trading day based on uncertainty. He believes that the worst case scenario would be if the European Union puts tariffs on our goods, especially auto and technology.
