Special counsel Robert Mueller's office announcing more criminal charges filed against former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort and Rick Gates. There are 32 new charges in total, including tax charges, failure to file reports of foreign bank accounts and bank fraud conspiracy. Manafort and Gates were previously hit with a 12-count indictment in October.
