President Trump has five days to decide whether to release a classified memo to the public that alleges abuses of power by the Justice Department and FBI in the Russia investigation. Spearheaded by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, the committee voted along party lines to release the classified memo. Democrats are crying foul, saying the report takes information out of context. Jack Hunter, editor at Rare Politics, discusses the impact the memo could have on the investigation. Hunter says there is no guarantee Republicans even have a real case. As the countdown continues, President Trump will also be delivering his first State of the Union address on Tuesday evening.
