Chocolatier Jacques Torres and Sommelier Victoria James share a few of their favorite pairings inspired by the holiday season. Torres and James walk through three different pairings featuring Jacques Torres Chocolates and Taittinger Champagne. Torres's truffles feature different kinds of champagne including rosé, which James has paired with a similar bottle. James, who is also the author of "Drink Pink," shares why rosé is such an interesting type of wine. People believe it's new because it's trendy. What they don't realize, however, is that rosé is the oldest kind of wine in existence.
