After a big holiday meal, what's better than some chocolate and champagne? Chocolatier Jacques Torres and Sommelier Victoria James share a few of their favorite pairings inspired by the holiday season.

James, who is also the author of "Drink Pink," shares why rosé is such an interesting type of wine. People believe it's new because it's trendy. What they don't realize, however, is that rosé is the oldest kind of wine in existence.
