Groshans says the new tax plan and decreasing unemployment numbers are putting more money into the pockets of young adults. Plus, because millennials are getting married and having kids later in life they are more financially savvy and have saved for a mortgage, home repairs, etc. He also talks about getting into the housing market while the interest rates are down. He predicts we'll see an upswing in rates over the next few years so it would be smart to get in now.
