Speakeasy-turned cannabis lifestyle brand Happy Munkey took over upscale steakhouse Bobby Van's for a 4/20 celebration. The company's founder hopes legalization in New York will allow him to open a franchise of legal speakeasy-style consumption lounges. Cheddar's Chloe Aiello reports.
