With summer travel season on the horizon, Cheddar News is providing a few tips so you can get the best bang for your bucks. Haley Berg, lead economist at Hopper, joined "Closing Bell" to share some cost-saving strategies. "We're expecting a packed Memorial Day weekend. It will be the biggest Memorial Day weekend since pre-pandemic and most of those travelers, luckily, paying a little bit less than last year but still around those 2019 levels,"
she said.
Conditions have been mostly nice for travelers flying ahead of and on Christmas Day, but some naughty disruptions plagued those flying with Southwest Airlines again this year.
