Chef Andre Rush, a revered cook who has worked for a slew of celebrities and even former presidents, joined 'beWell' to talk about mental wellness, particularly among veterans. His focus is on helping reduce the number of suicides among veterans. As a veteran himself, Rush admitted that he has PTSD and knows the struggles many like him face daily.
