An important and often overlooked component of fitness is stretching. Stretching before and after a workout can offer numerous benefits, including stimulating blood flow and cooling down. Jose Bravo, personal training manager at Equinox, joined 'beWell' to talk about the benefits of stretching and to show us a few moves we can use on our own.
