Briars explains how Bacardi is challenging its employees to urge customers to try new specialty cocktails. The recipes honor some of the most iconic drinks associated with the Bacardi family brands. We also get Briars' take on some of the newest trends sweeping the spirits industry. He says rum is the next big drink to dominate the bars. He calls it the most underappreciated kind of alcohol.
