Lisa Lutoff-Perlo, CEO of Celebrity Cruises, discusses the company's partnership with the Malala Fund. The new "Celebrity Edge" ship will debut later this year, and Malala Yousafzai has been named the ship's Godmother. She talks about Celebrity's diversity initiatives for women and people of color. Perlo is the first female president of a publicly traded cruise line. In her time as CEO of the company, she increased female crew on the bridge of the ship from 3% to 21%. She also hired the first American woman as captain of a cruise ship. Plus, Celebrity employees now include people from more than 50 different cultures.
