Talwar says only 44% of Americans have a living will, which he wants to see increase next year. Talwar also suggests giving the gift of financial security to your kids. Giving them an actual piggy bank and teaching them about saving and budgeting is more of an asset than an action figure.

Kraft Heinz is splitting into two companies a decade after they joined in a massive merger that created one of the biggest food companies on the planet.
