But on Capitol Hill House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) signaled his disinterest in new restrictions on gun purchases. Rep. Darren Soto (D-Fl) discusses the state of gun control.
"It's a real shame," said Soto. "How can he shut the door at this moment in time when the nation is asking for us to have a solution?"
