Cardi B. in Vegas

It was an eventful weekend for Bronx rapper Cardi B. to say the least.

During a performance at Drai's Nightclub in Las Vegas, a woman was seen on video hurling liquid at Cardi which provoked an immediate reaction. She responded by throwing a microphone at the woman before continuing on with her performance. TMZ reported that at one point, the rapper and a DJ implored the crowd to pour water on Cardi so she could keep cool during the intense heat.

The woman that was hit with the microphone filed a report with the Las Vegas police department and it appears that Cardi is now a suspect in a battery case.

Bronny's Keys

Just days after a major health scare, Bronny James appears to be on the mend and is doing well.

Last week, the incoming University of Southern California freshman experienced cardiac arrest. Members of the medical staff were able to save him and he was rushed to the hospital where he spent a couple of days under observation after being removed from the ICU.

LeBron James took to Instagram to share a video of his son playing the piano and said, "Grand rising!! God is great! @bronny you are amazing! Simple as that! Keep going Young!!! We're here right with you every step of the way! #JamesGang"

So far, no word on Bronny's return to the court or whether he will be cleared to play in his inaugural season.

Gaga on Bennett

Lady Gaga has broken her silence on the death of music legend Tony Bennett.

She paid tribute to the late singer in a moving Instagram post that detailed not only their friendship, but Bennett's lasting impact on their industry.

"Our relationship was very real. Sure he taught me booty music, about showbiz life, but he also showed me how to keep my spirits high and my head screwed on straight," Gaga said.

The duo recorded and performed a number of songs together, including Cheek to Cheek, I've Got You Under My Skin, and The Lady is a Tramp. In what many might have called an unlikely pairing between the 37-year-old and the 96-year-old, Gaga said the age difference between them did not matter.

"Though there were five decades between us, he was my friend. My real true friend," she said. "We were from two different stages in life entirely – inspired."
