General Motors (GM) has submitted a safety recall notification to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration for 994,763 sports utility vehicles with defective airbag inflators. The recall includes the Buick Enclave, Chevrolet Traverse and GMC Acadia vehicles from the 2014 to 2017 model years. All of them were built with airbag inflators manufactured by Tennessee-based ARC Automotive Inc.
