Odeya Rush, one of the stars of "Lady Bird," is staring in a new film, "Dear Dictator." The actress joins Cheddar to preview the film.
"Dear Dictator" is set to be released in theaters and on-demand on March 16th. The film is about a teenager who starts a pen-pal relationship with a dictator. When he is dethroned, the dictator, Michael Caine, comes to live with Odeya Rush's character.
When it came to the Academy Awards, Rush says she was, of course, disappointed that "Lady Bird" didn't win an Oscar, but she personally was really rooting for "Get Out." Rush also 100% still get starstruck. And she says she doesn't go up and talk to those stars because you never see a star by themselves!
