Chef JJ Johnson of restaurants Chefs Club and The Cecil is releasing his first-ever cookbook. "Between Harlem and Heaven" highlights the flavors of the African diaspora. Johnson says the book has recipes that represent the cultures of places from the African continent to Afro-Brazilian ports of Eastern Brazil. Chef Johnson also weighs in on the rise of meal kits like Plated. He says he likes them because they make cooking more accessible.
