Burger King is closing two dozens locations in the Detroit area and laying off 424 employees as it plans to permanently cease operations in Michigan. The Texas-based burger chain blamed "unforeseen business circumstances." The closures started on March 17 and are expected to be finished by April 15.
The Walt Disney Co. says it's scrapping plans to build a new campus in central Florida and relocate 2,000 employees from Southern California to work in digital technology, finance and product development.
Young Chang, founder and CEO of A-Sha Noodles, joined Cheddar News to discuss what inspired him to create his new company. "Our whole objective was to keep that nostalgic comfort feeling of the ramen noodle but bring it in a better-for-you method," he said.
