After its $1.1 billion acquisition of alcohol delivery service Drizly, Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi hinted the company could be eyeing another industry: cannabis. Khosrowshahi clarified the company would not consider cannabis delivery until federal laws permit, but experts say breaking into such a highly regulated space could prove difficult even after legalization. 

Cheddar cannabis reporter Chloe Aiello spoke to Driven by Stem CEO Adam Berk and David Mack, senior vice president of policy and public affairs at Eaze, about challenges ridesharing and delivery companies could face in the cannabis industry.
