From album drops to stop and pops, here are your entertainment headlines.

New Music Friday

It's the end of the week so that means some artists have dropped a crop of some new tunes for people to groove into the weekend with. First up, the Jonas Brothers, minus one, have released their sixth project. The Album comes just months ahead of the group's U.S. tour, which kicks off in August at Yankee Stadium.

Daft Punk also released an anniversary album, Random Access Memories (10th Anniversary Edition), and actor and singer KeKe Palmer dropped her first project in three years titled Big Boss.

Waiting in the wings is the multi-talented Janelle Monae. The actor and singer announced plans to release her first album in six years, The Age of Pleasure, and accompanied the reveal with a new video for Lipstick Lover.

Michael J. Fox Doc

Typically, we'd save our TV watching suggestions for our weekly What to Stream column, but this is a special case. Michael J. Fox has been a staple in Hollywood since taking up the iconic role of Marty McFly in the Back to the Future franchise, and before that as Alex P. Keaton on TV's Family Ties, but his ongoing struggle with Parkinson's disease has been front and center in the minds of his fans in recent years. Now he's tackling his illness head on in a new documentary, Still: A Michael J. Fox Movie

In the doc, Fox talks about how he persevered in his career despite his diagnosis and said he is on a quest to remove stigmas that come with the disease. The film began streaming on Apple TV+ on Friday and is directed by Davis Guggenheim.

Hoops Preview

It's do or die time for the few teams left in the NBA playoffs as the conference finals inch closer. There are a few big matchups slated for Friday night with huge implications moving forward. The New York Knicks are in a fight for their playoff lives as they take on the Miami Heat in Game 6 from South Beach. Trailing in the series three games to two, the Knicks look to force a Game 7 at the Garden on Monday night. Across the country at the Crypt in Los Angeles, the Lakers look to close out the reigning champions the Golden State Warriors to avoid going back to San Francisco for Game 7. The winner of that series will take on the Denver Nuggets, who have reached the Conference Finals for the fifth time in franchise history after blowing out the Suns on Thursday night.
