For years, online gaming has been a boys' club. Now women like Emmalee Garrido and Carolyn Noquez are trying to change that.

Garrido and Noquez are both members of Team Dignitas' Counter Strike: Global Offensive team. Garrido is the leader of the all-female team. The Philadelphia 76ers own Team Dignitas. They are one of many professional sports teams who have made investments in eSports.

Noquez and Garrido explain what it took to become professional gamers. Garrido was a nurse while also competing professionally as a gamer. Noquez was in college while staking her claim in the gaming world.
