The holiday season is a time for friends and families to come together, have parties, and travel. At the same time, the demands and responsibilities at work often intensify at year end. Suzanne Rust, Lifestyle Editor at Family Circle Magazine, shares her tips for finding work-life balance. First off, don't try to be perfect. Rust says the idea of perfection leads many workers, and especially working parents, to feel guilty over their personal life decisions. She says you have to set your boundaries and standards early on. Rust also says it's important to build a strong network around you. Many parents try and take on all of the challenges work and family life present on their own. Rust says asking for help is key to reducing some of the stress in your life.
