In 1997, Guy and Julia Falzarano decided they wanted to open a child daycare center, but construction wasn't done in time for the ten children enrolled in their new school. So the couple decided to start teaching and taking care of the kids in their home until the school was ready to go. Now, nearly 20 years later, Lightbridge Academy has grown across multiple states and the franchise is targeting 100 locations by the end of 2018.
