A new policy enacted by Dell last month will require hybrid workers to report to an "approved" office 39 days a quarter, or roughly 3 days a week. The company will allow you to go fully remote, however, if employees decide to do so they will not be considered for promotion or have the ability to change roles.
This is a major shift from what CEO Michael Dell said back in 2021, saying working from home was "absolutely here to stay".
