B2U Storage Solutions Giving EV Batteries Second Life at CA Solar Facility

B2U Storage Solutions is giving EV batteries a second life at a solar energy facility in California. The startup develops and operates large-scale energy storage systems powered by reused EV battery packs sourced from Honda and Nissan. Earlier this month, B2U announced a new level of storage capacity is now operational at its facility called Sierra, which the company says generated more than $1 million in 2022. Freeman Hall, CEO and Founder of B2U Storage Solutions, joined Cheddar News to discuss.
