We're three days into the the new year, but according to U.S. News, approximately 80% of resolutions fail by the second week of February. That's why Lori Leibovich, Editor-in-Cheif of Health Magazine, says you shouldn't bother with them. She tells us what to do instead. Leibovich says that instead of sweeping promises, small tweaks every day add up to meaningful, lasting change. For those trying to lose weight, she suggests eating more soup. Studies suggest that people who had soup before their midday meal consumed fewer calories over all. Leibovich also has small life tweaks for those trying to work out more and get more rest.
