You need to assess the offer in front of you and really envision the worst-case scenario and the best-case scenario. If the culture isn't going to help you succeed then you need to walk away. Plus, do you know what your online image is? Kerpen says you need to hack your highlight reel! Ask a total stranger to essentially Google you and report back with three words that they think best describe you. If those words align with the perception you're aiming for then great. If not, you can start switching up your online footprint.
